All cancellations must be sent in writing to our email address at info@jmpchaniatours.com. If it is not possible for you to send us your cancellation via email, you can call our office. Our phone line is open during our office hours on weekdays from 9:00 – 17:00 pm GMT or on weekends from 10:00 am – 17:00 pm GMT our number is +306937126197.
Our following cancellation policy for scheduled tours applies:
- More than a 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel any scheduled tour with JMP Chania Tours (via phone or email) with more than 24 hours notice from tour start time, we’ll happily refund you in full, no questions asked!
- Within 24-Hour Notice: Should you need to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking, you do not fit the requirements for a refund and we will have to charge you for the tour.
- Flight Delays or Cancellations: We understand the unpredictability of travel. If you miss your tour due to flight-related issues and do not inform us before the tour, we recommend reaching out to your travel insurance for reimbursement. Many of our guests have done so and gotten their money back successfully.
- Tour unexpectedly has to be Cancelled: If we have to cancel your tour unexpectedly or with a short notice for any reason (e.g., a weather storm, a tour guide suddenly becomes ill, we, first off, are extremely sorry about that and will do what we can to rebook you so you don’t miss out on a fantastic experience. Should a rescheduling not be possible or you just want to cancel we will of course issue out a full refund.
