Payment
There are no extra fees. Please note, your personal expenses and sunbeds fee are not included in the tour prices.

Reservation
All payments are securely processed by credit card through our encrypted checkout.
At your scheduled date and time, your driver will meet you at your hotel reception. For cruise port pickups, your driver will contact you by phone or text message once they arrive.
Yes. Just contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to arrange a different pickup time, depending on availability.
Weather
Our tours usually run as planned, even on rainy days. If the weather makes a tour unsafe or affects the experience significantly, we’ll contact you and discuss the best option.
